Slides for my presentation at Musikparlamentet tonight

Sorry guys, it’s in Norwegian (guess Danish people will understand). It is a 15 minute (absolute maximum) presentation on online music listening behaviour seen from a consumer perspective. I’m looking forward to it, and I am looking forward to be part of the discussion panel after my presentation is done. Music Listening Habits in The World of Access View [...]

SWOT Analysis Spotify – market competitiveness

As an assignment in the course Innovation, Concept Development and Project Management at ITU we were asked to do a SWOT analysis of a web based product/company of our own choice. We decided to go for Spotify. Thought I should put it up here, as some might find it a little interesting how three IT [...]

Music Listening Habits in The World of Access

What does music subscription services (i.e. Napster, Spotify, TDC Play, Grooveshark) mean for music consumption and listening habits? October-December 2009 I spent quite a lot of time together with 3 other guys researching music listening habits amongst (primarily) students at the IT-University in Copenhagen, Denmark. Things to do, nothing to say…

Yesterday was my first day with an Apple iPhone (I am a little slow). The same day, we saw this video clip at an Interaction Design lecture at ITU (I study Digital Design And Communication). The video shows how Apple predicted the future in 1987 (more or less how they predicted it would be today). What [...]

Why can’t shit just work?

How hard can it be to send a package from the US to Denmark. I ordered something last week that was shipped from the US. Take a look at this screen shot: Beats me why they sent it back when it first arrived Denmark and then all the way to California, then Kentucky, then Germany. Won’t [...]

The 20 steps of installing WIMP (Adobe AIR) on your Aspire One (Linux)

20 steps might seem like a lot, but it could easily have been 5. I just made 20 to make it as clear and easy to do as possible. I had trouble installing WIMP (online streaming of music, pretty much like Spotify) on my Aspire One (Linux) before heading on vacation last week. I never [...]

Still experimenting with design and colors

I have updated the page design and even though I loved my C64 theme, I guess this is more reader-friendly. Still working on it, but should be more or less done. Lemmeno what you think. I am kind of unsure about the gray-colored text and hyperlinks.
